  • On a similar note, a British chef, Heston Bluminthal, created a joint of meat using meat from five different animals bound together with a chemical used by chemists to bind proteins together. He served this from a massive stuffed beast which had been created by a taxidermist from four or five different types of animals. It was very bizarre, but looked tasty. It was part of a TV series which created over-the-top meals themed around certain historical periods. I think that was in the Medieval episode.
